Hello,
I have a question, Currently I am H4 status and living in US since Jan 1999. I have been to India 4 times and the total duration spent in India is 10+ months. My husbands H1-B (8th year) is valid until Jun 2006 and same for my H4.
My Questions are:
1) Is it possible to get the H1-B approval under my name?
2) If H1-B is approved and the labor is filed (within remaining 10+ months), I am eligible for 7th extension on H1-B?
3) How does USCIS work with my case?
