H4 to First time H1 stamping in Toronto

Hi all,

I took an oppointment in toronto for H1 stamping.
can i go their for first time H1 stamping from H4
will they say to go my home country.
I donot have any Master studies in USA.
I have community college studies.


Can i go for stamping or better to take oppintment in India.

Please help me out with this.

if you go through Canada stamping forums you will see some cases have been approved without questions and some have been pending with 221g and some were asked to go back their home country, its all at random. So no one can say for sure it depends upon your luck on that very second when VO is thinking what should be the decision be.
Since you are H4 to H1 first time, I would say risk is bit higher but you never know, it might just be your lucky day.
