I came to US on Dec 2003 on H4 visa status. I joined the college on summer 2005. Now I am going to apply for F1 through an University. My husband is in H4 and our visa will expire on jan 2007.
I will not be able to finish my study before Jan 2007. So I want to change my status though I have to pay more in F1 status than H4. I am going to show my husband's bank statement for F1.
1. Is there a chance to be rejected as F1?
2. Is it a good reason for changing the H4 to F1 visa status?
3. Is there a chance to be rejected as I am going to show my husband's bank statement?
Does any body has any idea
1. How long will it take to get F1?
2. Is there any other reason that will help me to get my F1?
3. Whose bank statement works best?
