H4 to F1

got f1 from h4..

Hi,
For whomever it may help.. My wife applied for F1 conversion from h4. She got it in one month(Vermont).. just for records, my GC is also in process. we are afraid if her f1 will get rejected.. but it was not..
Let me know if you have any ?'s.

F1 - H1b

I hope someone can help me. I cam currently on my opt which will expire soon, my F-1 is valid one month after my OPT expires. I have got an H1B petition approved for Oct 1st start date. I have also got into graduate school starting in fall.
Q1 Is an H1B only given 10 days before the start date or can it be given earliers
Q2 Can you be on An F-1 and H-1B at the same time.
(IF Opt expires and your F-1 Is still valied but you have a new I-20 and a new H1b petition can you get and F and H at the same time)
