H4 to F1 status change

I am planning to change my status to from H4 to F1. I am already studying in US.
How much are the chances of denial as the intent of non-immigration is difficult to show.
another option is completing studies and then search a job for H4 to H1.

changing status shldnt be a problem cuz u will be in US only when u do tht.
i got tht done for myself, my dad was on h1 and i was on h4 and when i turned 21 i got my f-1 status.
u can easily get the status, the issue arises only when u are going to get it stamped, and u leave the US.
