I was on h4 status and now on f-1 status. i had to go on f-1 status because i was turning 21.
my parents and my brother will be getting a green card soon. my parents never applied for me.
i am planning to attend a study abroad program in winter (with my skool), and i m planning to go to Canada for stamping.
I have never ever been out of status and have done everything under the law, following the rules and regulations, so have my parents. My parents have not filed for me and don't plan to file for me either..not in the near future.
(My school has issued an i-20 and my advisor has also written a letter stating my eligibility in the school and my plans for the study abroad thing.
i wanted to go this summer, but it was too late for me because i dnt have time to get my visa stamped.)
What do u guys think are the chances of me getting a stamp in Canada?
