I hold H1B visa expiring Aug2008. I have applied for labour only last month so I wont get 1 yr extension (bcos less than 365 days). Now I-140 premium processing is not available so I can't get 3yr extension either.
Now My wife is in H4 and wants to goto college, Can she apply for F1(Starting Aug2008)? If yes, will that be like change of status or she has to go out of US and get the visa?
