Iam on H-4 visa.I had applied for H1B in May 2006 and it has been approved from 11/01/2006.
In between my husband changed his job and got new I-797 H1B notice where he was not included
my name ,since I already got H1B Approval at that time.I do not work due to personal problem
and after consulting atternary I traveled to Canada and rentered by using unexpired
H4 visa,received new H4 I-94 based on my spouse latest new company I-797 Approval notice
.Now Iam planning to go to canada again for H4 visa stamping,Do I need I-797 H4 approval notice for H4 Visa stamp ?
