I am planning to go to Juarez for my H1 stamping. My H1 and my wifes H4 visas both expire end of May. I have renewed my H1 and got the new I-797 but have not received my wifes H4 approval yet.
My appointment date is on 1st June after my wife's visa expires. My question is can my wife still go to Mexico for the H4 stamping without having received her H4 approval or does she have to wait till she gets it before leaving to Mexico for the stamping.
