Hi,
I am currently on H1B with company A, but have another offer from company B, which applied for H1B transfer and H1 was approved. I will be joining company B next month. My wife is currently out of the country and will need to get H4 stamped before coming to USA (her H4 stamp has expired). Can she show the I797 of company B now while applying for H4? Or does she have to wait until I join company B?
