H4 Stamping - Which consulalte...

Hi,
I have question, regarding which consular office, should my wife apply for h4 visa. The situation is we got married a few months back. My home comes under mumbai consulate and address on her PP which she got after marriage(though applied before) is her home address, which comes under delhi consular off. ,I am not sure where should be she going for H4 stamping.
any input / experience for similsr situation is welcome.

ur wife can go to either consulate..i dont know abt ppls Dehli consulate H4 experience..but ppl have really cool experience with Mumbai consulate..

my wife is from Hyderabad and i m from bbay..since Chennai consulate is giving lot of prom she applied at Mumbai and it was a good no problem..
