I was having HI from company A which is valid upto Nov 2002.In the month of March I joined other company B and got I-797 approval notice from them.In August Company B was acquired by company C fully,but the approval notice i am having is still of Company B.I am going to India and get married and require H4 for spouse.If someone can let me know if he /she in this situation and how they proceed.My Company which is C now has given me a letter stating merger of B with them.Will this help?
Should I go for premium processing of visa with Company C.I will be in India for 4 weeks.If I do not get new processed visa,will it bother.
