Is there a chance that VO do not allow visa to whole family my wife, daughters and my minor son till my adult son iis cleared for Name/Security check?
I know in case of principle applicant security check they don't allow visa to dependents till principle is cleared.
They are applying for H4 stamping second time at Toronto consulate. I am on H1 and cant not join them for H1 stamping due to work related issues. Our I-140 is already apporved and awaiting visa # availability to file for 485.
Should my adult son apply separately from other family members? Or apply same day at Ottawa consulate?
Any one had similar situation, kindly respond or advice.
