H4 Stamping RFE

Hi friends,

My wife applied for h4 stamping at chennai consulate on Sep 23rd. So they denied under 221(G) that time and requesting some more documents from me & my employer. Here is one of the question that i have to answer.

"A list of all projects, and their time lines,in which the beneficiary worker has been deployed, with a detailed explanation of the work conducted and the client in question. Include all periods of inactivity or between projects.Also include client reference for each and every project on the list "

Based on above question i prepared initial draft like this.


Client Name Project Name Duration Inactivity periods.


Anyone please give me a kind of draft how to prepare in other ways. Please let me know your suggestions or concerns about my draft.

i'll leave the answers to the experts here, since i cant think of any better ways to it.

just wanted to know whether they asked for this info when she attended the interview.
conventional wisdom tells you only to give whatever docs they ask for. during a personal interview, will they ask for these things, or do we have to offer them even if not asked?

your answer would really help my wife's interview.

The headers you have chosen are correct, instead of "duration" name the column as they have asked you as "timelines". For inactivity period if you didn't have any salary issues try to put "none" everywhere, if you had any issues and if you have a kid try to put that you took vacation to take care of the kid (try to attach approval letters for the vacation).

In the end add one more column called "Remarks" in that write "Client Reference Attached" , try to attach letters of reference from your clients.

This is the best I can think of, I feel if you send all this they won't have anything else to ask for.
