My husband came to US 4 years back on B-1 visa and then he got it converted to H-1B. He hasn't been back to India since then, so does not have any H-1B visa stamped on his passport.
I was on H-1B for 5 years before we got married last year, and then I changed my status to H4.
Now I am planning to travel to India and get my H4 stamped. Are there any potential risks, considering my husband does not have his H-1B stamped and I myself was on H-1B for more than 5 years?
