We just got married in my home country while I was on F1 – OPT. Then, I came back to USA without my wife. I just got my Approval Notice (on Form I-797).
My question is that - can my wife apply for H4 at the US Embassy in my home country without having me with her in the visa interview AND while I haven’t got my H1 stamped on my passport, just using the Approval Notice and all other required requisite documents ???
