My wife attended H4 stamping interview in the month of May. Consular officer asked us to submit some documents from employer.
Its been more than 2 months, employer did not provide the documents. Please help me out what I should do in this case?
If I apply for a H1 transfer, the same problem might crop up again. please guide me
