My wife is in states on H1 doing her residency
How should I go for H4 stamping for my self and kids ,should we travel to states on our B1B2 and then go for a change in status in USA or it should be done from the consulate in Canada as we are landed immigrants here.
Are there any specific requirments for this stamping.
