I've got some questions:
1) I'm currently not in USA and I have found sponsor for my H1B.
The same time my wife is getting her H1B and she is in USA on B1 visa.
Can I have H1B approved, but get H4 visa stamped to go to USA and use my H1B approval to immediately adjust my status from H4 to H1B when I come to USA?
2) If I don't have H1B approved and get to USA on H4 status. How much time should I wait before I can start H4 -> H1B process ? If H1B quota ends in August I'll have to start my adjustment process only in 2007 ?
