Can anyone comment on this...?
My wife's H4 extension (7th year) was applied along with my H1 (7th yr extension) in March 06 and under premium processing.
My case was approved in 10 days and I received approval a long time ago.
My wife's case seem to take foreever. Sometime in the late April they issued RFE (asked to see my 7th year H1 approval) and lawyer received RFE and responded promtly.
LUD and online message changed only once. It says that they received our response and will take some time to decide. LUD and the message has not changed since then and it looks no one has touched the case since May 20th...
I was just wondering, if anyone had similar situation and how can I estimate how much longer till her approval...
