I sent my passport for revalidation (to St. Louis) to renew my H1 visa and wife's H4 visa. Now if my wife wants to change status from H4 to F1
- Should we go ahead and file change of status without waiting to get back the passport
- After we get passport stamped with H4 visa, if we left USA, she has to get F1 visa stamped from local consulate ?
- Rejection chances for F1 visa (already having F1 status) at local
consulate are same as regular F1 visa ? (where applicant never visited USA)
