H4 revalidation for spouse at Chennai while changing jobs ***

I have my H-1 I-797 and passport stamping till June 2005 and have
applied for H1-transfer to a new company - still waiting!

My wife has old employers H4 I-797 until June 2005. Can she apply for H4-stamping in Chennai using that? She returns in July, by which I will be working for the new company!

Will she have trouble getting stamping?

Will she have problems at Port of Entry? (with old employers stamping)

Guys please help!!

If your wife has a valid H4 until 2005 she does not need a new H4 stamp just because you changed employers. Her H4 continues to be valid until 2005 as long as you maintain a valid H1 status.
 
Sorry for not being clear.

Wife has expired H4 visa stamping(Oct 2003) but valid H4 approval notice(I-797 until June 2005) from INS.

Should she go for stamping with Old employer approval or new employer(which is going to take lot of time)?
