H4 Revalidation at N Delhi consulate

Hi Friends ,
I have to get h4 Revalidation for my wife who is presently in US. she is planning to visit India in dec .
Has any one got his/her h4 renewed from delhi .
What all papers are required other than her
1) I797 approval notice
2)Letter from my employer .
3) bank draft
4) Her passport
5)Copy of my passport with LC.
6)My pay stuff.
Does i need to send a copy of my degree certificate Too?
Please advice .Your reply will be appreciated .

My wife got her H-4 stamping done in Delhi recently I sent her everything what is listed on Delhi consulate website. That way you can tell them that you have brought everything whatever is listed on the site.

Also note that Delhi's website says, original 797 of H-1 holder so we sent my original H-1 with other documents. Since she was eligible for dropbox we gave all the paperwork to TTS and she got her passport back in 3-4 working days with stamping.

Actually i had mailed to TTservice at delhi and they replied back saying that since her visa is expired more than a yr ,so i have to take an appointment for her at the embassy .
Also i have a question for you guys ,Since i am staying with my Parents and my father owns a house so all electric,water @ Phone bills are on his name .Will it be a problem when they will ask for these thing .Please advice .

You can take your cell phone bills(if you have) and also the bills/ receipts which show your address. I think that should suffice.

Please post your experience once you get your visa
