My wife and I came to US in 2003 with myself with H1B and her being H4 while I was working for Company A.
In 2005, I switched to Company B.
In 2006, I switched to Company C. She is going to India in February while I am not going. My question is:
? Will she have to get her H4 Visa stamped again?
? IF yes, for New Delhi consulate, can she get her H4 Visa stamped for Comapny C while my H1B still shows comapny A?
Please suggest.
