H4 renewal, Which I-797s needs to carry

My wife is going for H4 visa renewal at Chennai,INDIA. Does she needs to show her H4 I-797A approval or mine (principle applicants H1B I-797A).

While booking appointment for her, They asked for principle applicants H1B petition details only.

If they want H1B I-797A, Do I need to send original approval notice?
