I got married recently and my wife is going for H4 stamping in the first week of Jan'04.
THe current company I work with applied for an H1 transfer and I travelled to India to get married in Oct/Nov'03 while the transfer is on. During my stay in India, my visa was approved, but I returned to the US in Nov'03 on the visa stamping of my previous company which was valid till Feb'04 & a new I-94 was issued at the POE. I sent my wife now, passport copy along the feb'04 visa stamping & I-94, new H1 & I-94 and paystubs from the new company as I started for them after I got my approval. Now my question is, does my new I-94 and H1 become invalid as I've applied for H1 transfer on the basis of old I-94 and a new I-94 was issued at the Port Of Entry.
2) would it create any problems for my wife to get her visa stamped cos' of the above issue.

3) does consulate have a system where they track the I-94s issued at the Port of Entry
4) For getting my H1 stamped, do I now send my papers to St.Louis or based on above, do I need to get another H1
