H4 refusal QUESTION

We have sent our passports for stamping to Stlouis. My passport stamped with H1B1, But My wife application(H4-H4) was refused under Section 221(g). Refusal reason is Photo should be front side view.

Since we planned to go INDIA, can she apply for her H4 revalidation there with H4 extension(I-539)?

if yes, What documents should we need ?

H4 Refussal, Read Below:

When a person is going back to India. They have to follow New application for your wife i.e. Apply for new H4 in India.

Your case would no longer be re-validation.

What she needs necessarily is your true copy of your passport, original I797 & her I539, latest bank statements, your latest paystubbs. Whatever one need for new application. It is no hassels. I know of someone who has done it. Also the advantage is she can use DROP BOX facility because she has visited US & her visa status is same (H4 to H4).

As my understanding we also need to get two cashier checks. Right?
Do we need to sent refusal notice to Chennai consulate?.

Just curiosity, what will happen to this current revalidation application.
Is that automatically terminated after one year?
I studied somewhere that we need not pay for application fee as long as we sent refusal notice. is that right ?
