I am a H1-B visa holder currently working in USA . I am getting married in a month and need to get a H4 visa for my to be wife.

The requirement says that a letter from my employer that explains my relation to my spouse and purpose of travel . Has anyone here ever gotten such a letter done ? What goes into the letter ? Our company guys have neevr issued such a letter . Hence I will appreciate any help that I get on this.

Never heard of employer's endorsement for H-4 stamping ... recent H-4 filers may update ...

I was on OPT, but recently got my H1 approval. I will be going to India and getting married sometime soon. so after marriage I need to get visa for me and my spouse.
I was wondering whether anyone could tell me what is the procedure. since I am not married now my H1 approval does not mention anything about my family.

For H-4, all you need is the proof of the wedding (album, marriage certificate).
