H4 question associated with spouse h1b transfer

Hi,
I have recently (two months back) transfered my H1B to different company.

And my wife went to india before i applied for this H1B transfer.

i.e My wife has H4 done through my old employer ( but Visa stamp is valid till 2007)

My new H1B Transfer application is still pending.

Is my wife allowed to come back to USA on old H4 (i.e done by old employer)?

Should she carry and show my H1B receipt from my new company at port of entry?
