hi,
i appeared for H!B in oct and i got 221(g) and it specifies
"need fuether adminstrative processing... will contact u once the decision is made""
and i am waiting for the result... i got married in dec 2005 and appearing for H4 in jan 2006... now what r the chances of gettign the H4 visa when H1B is pending.. what questions can i expect from the visa officer... what docs do i need to carry along with me.... my husband got his H1B visa pproved in OCT but id still in India... he is going to USA in feb... so do i have to produce any doc explaining his delay in reporting... if yes the doc must be from my husband or his employer behalf??? sine ours is a love marrige.. ther r not many photos with lots of people ..... how do i explain it in the embassy... do they beleive it???
