H4 query under 221(g)

Hi all,

My wife applied for H4 Revalidation in India they send back passports under 221(g),now a days Chennai consulate is asking all documents for H4 also. We got query from them asking to submit my work photos, last year w2,paystubs,about my company and my responsibilities. Did any one got this kind of queries? What all documents resubmitted ?
Please let me know if any one had this kind of query.

how long did it take to get a reply from the consulate?

i heard that they take 3-4 weeks now-a days to reply?

Hi adevaram,

I also got the same queries from chennai consulate when my wife applied for H4. How did you know it was under 221(g). First time they had a query and checked the last page of passport it was written as I think dbg.

HI,
It has taken 12 Working Days.
They clearly mentioned that it is 221(g),We are unable to process
now.
