Initially I was with Ace computer solutions without salary for 4 months now facing below problems so please go thorough and give me some solutions.
My wife has gone for H4 stamping and got a query saying that : Please explain why W2 does not show salary of $48K USD was PA benched??

Dear Sir or Madam,
This is with the reference to the 221(g) document, I Mr. Ravi currently an employee of Msoft Inc and working as a technical consultant at the client Citigroup since June 2005.
Earlier I was an employee of Ace Computer Solutions Inc., Columbia, MD as Programmer analyst during the period Jan 22 2005 to May 2005. It took 6 weeks to receive my SSN and due to this, I could not able to work immediately. Later Pace Computer Solutions Inc provided an in-house training to me from mid March 2005 to May 2005 on different technologies and domain. During this period, the company paid me a stipend. In the meanwhile, I got an opportunity through Msoft Inc., to work at one of their client "CITIGROUP" as a programmer analyst and I have been working at the client place, Citigroup, NY, since June 2005 to till date. This is the reason why my W2-Form is showing less than $48,000 USD. Herewith enclosing my original W2-form, bank statements and other related documents to support my case and I am capable of leading my family in USA without any financial problems.
So, I am requesting you to provide H4 dependent Visas to my wife and kid. Please feel free to call me if you need any further information at tel number.
and also my old employer has given a letter as above.
Now my wife has got a one more Query:
Second Query:
2)(i):All Pay slips, evidence of all compensation received from Ace. Need original w2 for Ace and bank statements starting Jan 2005.
2(ii): Detailed Description of Project for Citi Group.
Please help me in this how I have to go about it?
