H4 processing time in Chennai consulate.

Has anyone recently applied for H4 visa in the Chennai Consulate ? If so, can u please let me know how much time it took for u ?
The TTS website says it is taking upto 12 days to get the visa, is this the estimate ? But the murthy.com website says it is taking like 4 business days.

What is the real processing time ?

Does anyone have any recent experiences of getting an H4 visa from US consulate in Chennai?
I heard from couple of friends that they are sending queries by asking additional documents (i.e W2s for all the years,past 6 months pay stubs,work place photos etc.,)

Can anyone please shed some light on it?
