h4 person travel in march and apply for h1 in april

i am on h4 visa and residing in US.I am applying for H1 in this april.i know that we cant go to india if we apply for h1 in april.

what if we go to india in march and apply for h1 in april?how far that is good ?

what complications i face when i am returning to USA on h4 visa in may 1st week.can we do like that?

please reply clearly as i am totally .thanks.

I too have a question in the same line.
If an L1 visa holder travel out of US in march & apply for H1 in April while she is out of US & enters back into US with L1 during may, what will be the impact on H1 visa processing for that person ?

somebody help me please. I am totally confused.
