H4 pending -> H1 premium processing

Hello, everyone,

Currently I am in H4 pending. I got an offer and employor can sponsor H1 with premium processing. If my H1 is approved before H4, will my status automatically turn into H1 with no relationship with H4 or this H1 is still based on H4 approval? I mean, is it possible that my H1 becomes invalid if my H4 denied?

If your H1B is approved automatically you can go to US on H1 status. I don't think your H4 denial will affect H1 Approval.
