H4 Out of Status

Hello,

Please help.

I have just filed for my wife's 485 and EAD. Her H-4 visa is expiring on March 27th, Will she be out of status if I do not get her EAD approved before March 27th.

Please help.

Your wife will need EAD only if she intends to start/continue work. In other words, no she will not be out of status.
