I am a H1b visa holder in US, my fiancee is mexican and I wanto to bring her with me after we get married. She wants to study english (improve english skills) before apply for a Master studies. Also she want to work part time.
My questions are the following
- Is better if she applied for a F-1 visa and then we can get marriend, my worries are what will happen when she will renew her f-1 visa and that time she will be as married and not as single.
- or Request a H4 visa and here in US apply for the F-1,
For both cases I will be the sponsor for her here in US
so, will be a problem in the interview if she says that her fiancee (me) is in US when she is trying to apply for F1 visa?
Please I need suggestions and answers for these questions
