H4 - Online Appointment on TTS website

I have to take an appointment for applying for my wife's H4. The appointment form asks for "Maximum number of applicants" in the H1 petition/petitioner section. What exactly does "maximum number of applicants mea?

Is it the number of H1s the company has sponsored or is it the number of dependents applying for H4 on my H1?

Urgent please...

Check I-129

I think, somewhere on the I-129 form, your company has to mention number of people on the petition. Please check that.
