I have applied H4 visa with my husband in the month of Nov 2006. His H1 visa went on hold so my H4 visa also went on hold under sec 221(g). It has been now 2 months and no has contacted us. Now my company is sponcering me B1 visa as I have to attend a training program in USA for two months.
My question is will I get the B1 visa as my h4 visa is on hold along with my husband visa.
Please reply this to me as I am in grat hurry wheather I have to apply the visa or I need to wait for the H1 and H4 clearance.
