I have applied for change of status from H4 to F1 .My receipt date is oct 27 2006 and I have an assistantship for spring 2007.Will I be able to get my visa before the end of january 2007.How long does it take ?
I don't know how to start my study program in spring 2007?Is there any way to expedite the visa process?
I need to start my study program with assistantship.How to hold my assistantship if I don't receive F1 earlier.
Has anybody had the same problem?
If anybody could help me,I will be grateful to you.
