here are my friend's details:
Current status: H4 (Application pending with USCIS)
I-94: Expired in April '04 (H4 extension filed before expiry, has USCIS notice)
Spouse H1 transfer is still pending 6+ months(regular process)
An employer is willing to do her new h1b in premium process. He has also suggested that once she gets her new h1b on hand,she can withdraw her pending h4 application.
Will there be any problems?
