Hi i'm englsih and have been working in the US on a H1B visa. I'm getting married in Istanbul to a Turkish lady. Her passport contains the fact that she is single.
My question is when we get maried her name on the mariage certificate will be different to her passport. So when she goes to the US embassy in Turkey will this cause a problem geting her H4 visa ?
