Hi,

Can any one help me pls.

Actually I came to US on Nov 20th thro xxx Consultanting company, Got My SSN only on 25th Dec and The Project only on Feb.
Recently my wife and Kid attended Visa Interview on Apr18th, The Interviewer gave an 221G to bring W2, Pay Stubs from Nov to Date and Orginal bank Statements for the Period.
Notarized Letter from the Petitioner explaining why benifitinary was not paid for fulltime untill Feb 28 even though he entered us in Nov 2005.

Pls help in Handling this situation. Is there any Possiblities for my Family to get an Visa..

I am not sure what's the problem here, if you were paid for all months from Nov to date then you should have paystubs and W-2, if lost you can ask your employer to provide once more.
If you were not paid then your employer must be having some kind of explaination why you were not paid, you can take a letter from your employer asking the reason they did'nt pay you.
It's not legal to be in US and not get paid the minimum prevailing wage.
