H4 - I539 Processing

Hi All,

Thanks to all who have been posting their experiences. I need some help
from people on this forum.

I recently applied for H1B revalidation along with I539 (h4 revalidation) for my wife. Due to travel reasons to india I changed my petition to premium processing. The online status has changed only for me saying that its in premium processing and not on my wifes petition.

1. Will my wife's petition be approved concurrently though it does not show premium processing on I539.

2. If need be, can my wife travel to India without I539 approved petition and I can ship it later so that she can get her stamping done.

I think I-539 is only required if you want to extend your stay in USA. She can travel and get new stamping based on your I-797.
On her arrival to US she will get new I-94.
I think you are ok, nothing to worry.
