H4-H1 VISA for Accountant

I am currently on H4 visa and interviewed a small company of less than 15 employees. They want to hire me as an accountant. Are there any problems in getting H4-H1 transfer. Any tips would be appreciated.
 
As long as you are equivalent to a US bachelors degree

You should be fine As long as you are equivalent to a US bachelors degree. If u have a US CPA that would be perfect .
If not
- atleast an MCOM with accounting as a subject
- an MBA
- A minimum Chartedred accountant to have passed inter CA
- Cost Accounting qual from ICWAI
- Company secretary qual.
This is my personal opinion. Its gonna be hard if all u have is an indian BCOM.
