H4 to H1 stamping in Canada
My wife has her H4 visa and I94 valid until Jan 07 2004. She however has H1 from some company and started working since 2 months back. We would like to try for her H1 stamping in Canada this month. If for some reason, her H1 visa gets rejected in Canada, would she be able to enter US on her H4 visa?
Also, My H1 is also expiring in Jan 2004. I need to file for extension. Would I be able to file for my wife's H4(in case her H1 in canada gets rejected) through my company at a later date or should it be filed along with my H1 extension?
