Is this ok ? I know that usually if one leaves the country while
a COS is pending then that is considered to be abandoned. but if one
were to visit canada for 2-3 days and ehnce not required to give up the
I-94 , is it possible to come back to the US without any jeopardy
to the COS application ?
I have been to canada multiple times and at all times they used
to just glance at my visa and I-94 and let me thru without even
a stamp ...
also since the latest I-94 ( with the same number )
will still be the one after the COS
application is approved, can this be done ?
