I got my h1 approved on 28th oct 05 ,my employer is not able to find project for me , he is also not giving me copy of H1 as he feels i will get it transfered ,he will give it to me once i get a project..he says i will get a project i have to wait patiently but i am afraid of being out of status...
Is it fine if i wait to find a project till 60 days are over and then file COS.If i file COS will there be any problem as i am pregnant and don't want to be in any trouble or go out of country.Since i don't have paystubs how will i show that i was maintaining legal status when i file for COS.Please help.
