H4 from chennai - urgent

how can I cancel my wife's h4 visa?
She got it at chennai embassy, when i am in USA. but now I am in the process of divorcing her.
Do i have to file anything here in US (INS) or
Do I have to send some letter to chennai embassy?

Now that I am in process of divorcing, but, she is planning to come to US with that visa?

Any help is highly appreciated !!!

Yes, you can send a notarized letter to the consulate stating that you are applying for divorce and also send a copy to the Immigration office in the United States.
