Hi,
I have a big problem, I want to marry my girlfriend but she has overstayed on USA for almost 1 year. She entered to USA holding a visa J during 1 year but then she overstayed.
I'm a H1b visa holder(for IT) and my employer will start the process for my GC the next month.
I'd like to know the chances we have to change her status after getting married to me. Is it any way to give her a H4 ?
